FAMILY OFFERS REWARD FOR INFO ON MISSING WOMAN
(10/6/2006) NEW HAVEN – The family of Lisa Calvo today announced that they are offering a reward for information leading to the whereabouts of their missing family member. Lisa was last heard from on 6 October 2005.
Lisa is a 41-year-old white female who is 4’11” tall and weighs 110 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes and tattoos on her right leg and right thigh. Lisa was known to frequent the Fair Haven neighborhood of the City.
NHPD’s Missing Persons Unit is also investigating the disappearance of four other adults:
• William Ayala was last seen in August of 2002. He is a 47-year-old Hispanic man who is 5’7” tall and weighs 130 pounds. He has black shoulder length hair and brown eyes, a scar below his right eye, a tattoo of a flower on his left arm and one of the letters Z-J on his right shoulder.
• Andre Fan is a 33-year-old Asian man with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5’4” tall and weighs 180 pounds. He was last seen at his residence in the vicinity of 300 Eastern Street, New Haven, on 8 August 2004. All his personal belongings, money and ID were left behind. Andre has a medical condition.
• Evelyn Ann Frisco was last seen 29 June 2004. Circumstances of her disappearance are unknown. Evelyn is a 44-year-old white female who is 5’2” tall and weighs 125 pounds. She has blonde hair, blue eyes, a tattoo of a butterfly on her right shoulder, a scar on leg, and she wears upper dentures.
• Jose Ortiz, a 19-year-old Hispanic male, was last seen on the evening of 28 December 2005. He is 5’10” tall and weighs 140 pounds. He has a light brown complexion, a thin beard and mustache, and brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and a bandana and may have been seen in a 90s-model four-door silver Ford Taurus. He was known to frequent the Fair Haven neighborhood.
